Request a Quote The roller-gear cam system works on a rolling mechanism instead of the old sliding mechanism. This virtually eliminates backlash, providing high-tolerance parts with superior positioning accuracy and repeatability.
The RC Series provides many times the RPM torque that can be achieved with worm-gear models, thereby cutting down on non-cutting cycle times, enabling faster indexing and increased overall machine efficiency.
There is little friction in the rolling mechanism as opposed to gears that have sliding motion. This guarantees the table will retain its factory specified accuracy with a very low maintenance requirement over an extended service life.
